If you have an illness or injury which is causing a painful condition, try a Reiki session. You can have Reiki sat in a comfy chair or on your settee, or lying down if you prefer. Hands are gently placed, which could be on your shoulders, the side of your head, on your back or arms, or legs. No pressure is made on contact because Reiki is not a manipulative treatment.
Reiki could have a benefit straight away, or within a week. However, more than one session may be needed to start feeling the full benefits. And often the benefits of having Reiki are cumulative. As with any spiritual healing method, results are not guaranteed, and it is advised that the client continues with any medical treatment whilst seeing a Reiki Practitioner.
